Cash Crusaders Tzaneen Branch worst service again as always

I wish I could give them 0 stars.

I sent my husband to go and collect my items at the Tzaneen branch, as I do not get time to go due to my work. The staff was so unfriendly with him and they refused to assist him even though he had my ID with the Item's slips. He also wanted to buy a pair of ear pods. He asked them to please phone me to confirm that I did send him to collect my Items but they said no they wont assist, he then said he will then pay for the Ear pods and try and see if I can go in, they then told him they cant help him cause he wants to pay by card, he has to go and draw cash.

The branch knows he is my husband and they know I always send him to collect my stuff as I cannot get there because of my work.

I am so tired of this Tzaneen branch and the staff who is always unfriendly and always treat customers as if they are worthless.
