Cash Crusaders - ****s managing the store

Cash Crusaders at Meyfield Mall are *****ing customers goods. Kgosana paid up his loan, when he's supposed to collect his laptop they told him that the laptop is at their warehouse and that they will call him once it's ready for collection, that's since December 2022. The manager tells him they will call him but he never does. Customer has gone to the store multiple times and has not received the laptop back. The manager recently said they are looking for it, they will refund him if they can't find it
