Cash Crusaders The ****mers !!!!!!!

I bought a game to play on Xbox One. I got home, inserted the disk into the Xbox, and waited. After a while, it told me to insert disk one to complete the installation, and that is when I realised that they gave me only one disk. Now, by they I mean Cash Crusaders Raslouw in Centurion. Now, when I got the disk and all i tried to complete the installation process, but after that, they gave me a broken CD. So now my question is, do they really test their products, or are they actually robbing people? Because even though they sell second-hand stuff, they must make sure it is still in fine condition, so whoever buys it does not need to complain. So yes, I have had a bad experience since Saturday with them already.
