Cash Crusaders the glen Mall Complaint

I went to Cash crusaders at the Glen Mall on the 9th of July 2022 at around 5pm to pawn a washing machine, when I got there I spoke to the Buyer consultant and told him that I bought a machine and the bakkie is parked outside, can I get a assistance to offload it and bring it inside the shop, he just looked at me and kept quiet continued with whatever that he was doing as if he didn't hear me..I waited for about 30 minutes and still he kept on doing what he was doing and ignored me, I decided to go to another side of the store and spoke to someone else fortunately the guy i spoke to he assistant me nicely, he asked me to go back to that Buyer guy and when I got there I found him there, he then asked that Buyer guy why he didn't assist me and his answer was that " can't you see that I'm busy and I'm alone" customers must learn to wait !! I told this guy that I didn't say I didn't wanna wait, all I asked was to be assisted with offloading a washing machine and bring it inside the shop so I could wait on the que like everyone else but instead he decided to give me an attitude..I was so angry but I decided to keep quiet..and that other guy saw that I was not treated nicely and he then took over and helped me..I must say that the Buyer has a bad attitude towards me today, on the other hand the guy who helped me to offload machine and the one helped me with the contract they were both very sweet, they gave me a good service...

I'm still very angry about what Buyer did to me while I needed help with offloading machine
