Cash Crusaders The Boulders Shopping Centre

Hi my name is Katlego,

I bought an HP second hand laptop from Cash Crusaders based in Midrand Boulders Shopping Centre for R3500 and after 3 days the Laptop completely went black on the screen could not boot up, I returned the laptop to the store and they did not refund me or exchange it but said they are taking it to the repairs , They took my contact details and told me it should be returned after 3 days but it has been two weeks now and no one has called me to let me know what's the update ,I constantly have to call and go to the store to get answers.

I then requested to be refunded as I'm running behind with my work and my school work as well they simply stated they do not do refunds and ,I kept on asking if this problem does persists after being repaired and my warranty has passed what's going to happen?

For someone that has been in customer service for more than 7 years this is an insult to me.
