CASH CRUSADERS TABLEBAY MALL NEEDS A TRAINED MANAGER

How can I give this store any type of star rating? They should be star rated in a minus with a manager like NIGEL?? This guy turns away any possible sale I can give this store, which makes me wonder if its a personal thing or if he is actually doing his job to bring money to the store. Today I took a Imac and was there before the stores buy back section closed, but because of their internet in store being too weak, the Imac could not connect to sign out of the apple ID. I suggested to him that I went into the mall (which would take 2min) to get data so i could connect my phone to the imac but this guy refused and cancelled the sale. ITS NOT THE FIRST TIME INCIDENT with this guy, his turned down many of my sales, which were good products, that could bring the store some cash. Cash crusaders please train your manager at Tablebay mall or get rid of the fool.
