Cash crusaders tablebay are *****s looking for money

My name is SADE AND THIS IS MY STORY The cash crusaders table branch is awful... They are not considering their customers or being helpful. I took out a loan on a ring of mine I went to collect my ring on the due date unfortunately when I got their the shop was closed due to a burn. I started chatting to one of their consultants via their WhatsApp line she told me that they are closed. I called to the landline and and to the shop myself to check they were still close the last time I went I spoke to the manager ask him if a can come back the following Monday he said yes. When called he apparently doesn't recall speaking to me... Clearly this branch has been failing to communicate with us as customers to inform us the branch is closed or open.I did not receive any communication. I was supposed to R1625. 50 now had to pay R3000 to not loose my ring. I feel like this is unfair the manager Siyabonga Gubo did not even investigate if I chatted on the WhatsApp line he words was customer sometimes lie. I tried taking this matter further by calling customer complaints the guy who help me said he will come back to me after call the store he had the Sam story and start having an attitude... He name is Elijah Lusisa apparently he is the highest in the complaints department...the girl who works on the till just also put the fone down in my ear while I was talking to her. Personally I would not recommend anyone got to that branch.

From a personal pov if the branch did not burn I would have paid my ring on the due date but because of they failed to communicate I had to pay double.
