Cash Crusaders swopping out values and contract numbers

Two weeks down the line and despite promises of assistance we go around and around. They claim I have been refunded for the 1.1g ring which is not true. I was refunded for the 1,7g ring Cash Crusaders sold the rings to the gold dealer. I then paid for the same rings which they could not produce. I really don't why this is so difficult to understand. Cash Crusaders sold the ring. to the gold dealer and then resold the same ring to me except it had already been sold. I really don't care about the mix-up and all the rest. I have been refunded R600 supposedly for *** and I have the ring erroneously logged as ***3 which would negate the refund amount except that it is not correct when compared to the contract. The Franchise holder also claims a data capture error on***0 which he seems to think is a done deal.

As per the contract these two rings were given individual Agreement numbers - ***0 & ***1. Together the repayment was R1201.41.On the sales slip the value decreases to R599.90 which would mean that I would have been required to pay back less than I had borrowed. ***0 does not appear on the slip at all despite it being on the original agreement with a value of R301.12.

***3 - this ring was the second contract and the repayment amount on the contract was R543.81. On the sales slip the amount doubles to R1190.90. So the question remains. If the loan amount on ***3 is R543.81 why does it appear on the sales slip at R1199.90. Whichever way you look at it Cash Crusaders sold the same item twice and has attempted to disguise this by swopping the contract numbers. There is also confusion with the person from Head Office saying that this franchise does not sell jewellery on the floor (despite the goodwill offer to come and choose another ring at a discount) and the Franchise holder who says the ring in question was released onto the floor.

I have tried everything. I now have no recourse but to take this further
