So Saturday 27/03/2021 I went to Cash Crusaders looking for a car radio , Had a second hand 1 in my hand and decided to purchase a new 1 Took a Jebson Bluetooth/Mp3 player put it in my car played it for 3 minutes and the Tape Blue , on the slip it said if fitted by a VAT registered company a 90 day guarantee will kick in. All well and done but understand this please!!!! Its a plug and play Tape that fits with my original plugs so even if it was fit by a so called Vat registered Company it still would have blown as it is a Plug and Play. Went back to the store the Manager just walks past me tell the assist you know the story and continues walking to the till , The service is terrible, the products are even worse how you guys are still in business is beyond me. Last thought , who in there right mind buys a tape for R280.00 and has it installed for more that what the tape is worth , They know people aren't going to follow that and uses that policy to sell inferior products to the customers and uses that as an excuse. Lesson learned. Please be aware of this company and there inferior product shielding policies
