Took my Playstation in for a buy back 3months ago. Been paying every month. Came in today to do the buy back and get told by the lady that thyley sold my ps4 by mistake. How does this happen.... I Mean you advertise that our goods are safe in your possession yet your staff can't look at a serial number correctly. The lady says I'm sorry and we can give you the money for it or we can give you one of our units in the store..... Like what the f....
