Cash crusaders staff misplacing customers things.

We got the worst service at cash crusaders, I would believe the staff *****s customers things. I sent my brother to take my laptop with my charger in order for to be able to get a pawn loan and would pay it each month till I was okay financially to be able to go and collect it.

The first time my brother went to take it out and they had given him the wrong charger and we decided to leave it there and still continue to pay the interest money of the loan thinking they are sorting the charger issue out. Though today he went to take it out and paid the full amount and there is still no charger. So I would like to think that the staff ***** or use customers things that have been left there . Could anyone from the head office tell me how this works as I have initially thought that our things are safe when we take them there. I am really not impressed with how also the manager is handling the matter. He is telling me that they will sort it out though he doesnt know when.

I would like to have my laptop as soon as possible I will appreciate getting the help.
