Cash Crusaders staff member decided to his a poor kid instore

Around @17:30 (pm) yesterday (25/10/2021), I witnessed a Cash Crusaders Sales Consultant by the name of Austin, giving a small boy they call Baltjies a massive smack infront if myself, customers and the cash crusaders staff members (instore at CashCrusaders Bluedowns. He smacked the poor kid so hard that the kid was shocked, started crying and ran off out of the store and disappeared...When I asked the consultant why he smacked the kid, he said it's because the kid touched his bum, as much.as I explained that he had no right so smack anyone, the more he was addement that the kid touched his bum. I asked for the store manager to look into this and give me feedback, but nothing has been done and I fear the abuse, assault and humiliation this poor kid had to endure infront of the Cash converters staff in Cash Converters Bluedowns will be sweeped under the rug as if nothing happened... Today I walked into the same store, even when I faced the store manager on discussing a sales matter, nothing was mentioned, like yesterday's incident never happened. I would like for this poor kids family to come forward as the store should have video footage of the assault to this poor kid at their sales counter....and should not go unpunished as the store is trying to hide this incident.
