Cash crusaders southdale area the worst service

I purchased a second hand 13 kg top loader washing machine for R3500 on the 30th of January 2023. The machine was not carefully tested as there was obviously no water and bogus laundry to fully test machine. I only managed to attempt to use it a week later as we had power outage due to cable theft. I have made the store aware that the washing machine is faulty and there was a week delay to get someone to come check the machine. No one was initiating the conversation I had to be the one who calls and asks when they are coming to check it. Fast forward to today the 25th of February 2023! There is so much that has happened even technicians have asked me for money. I have been stood up on several occasions by the so called technician. I then escalated the matter to the manager of cash crusaders southdale who seems to know nothing about customer service. The store made their sale and I'm left with a machine that does not work. Upon speaking to thami who works for the same store, I asked him for the area managers cellphone number or email address and he allegedly blatantly refused but gave me an option for a refund. Thami said he'd talk to busi about that option! The same busi who does not give a damn about client centricity. People I don't want an exchange nor a repair ! I have been treated unfairly as a customer and I want nothing to do with you. I need to have this grievance and or issue with the refund sorted out as soon as possible. No one is willing to help and it's just not pleasant!
