However it's at my expense? not only am I being ********** with my brand new washing machine but I need to pay for the collection that they offer? They say terms and conditions apply but you can't read or access them? The link does not work. So essentially they can make up their own terms because I as a customer cannot read them? They offered me R1700 for a washing machine that costs 4***. I asked to speak to a manager and have been left on read. What's worse is I have dealt with Cash Crusaders before and it was seamless, all done on whatsapp. But the response time of a whole day later and this? Unbelievable. I asked, why would you offer to collect if you do not have transportation? Their answer was " not all stores have transport" so whhhhy would you offer to collect if you have no transport??
