Cash Crusaders Soshanguve plaza poor quality and açcountability

I took my router in for a loan they told it was too small to hold for I a loan and that they could only buy it, I agreed and then asked to please have a couple of days to come back and buy it back. Agreed I was offered 200 for the router and expected to come back and buy it back from them for R350 which I Did Today, and guess what they give me the wrong router and they have no accountability of where it is and the router is outdated and I can't use. The people working in Soshanguve plaza Cash Crusaders are not responsible or reliable.
