Cash Crusaders Soneike

I had an incredibly unpleasant experience at Cash Crusaders at Soneike in the Western Cape. I purchased a Dixon pedestal fan that was not fully functional on the 19/12/21 and upon returning the product to the store on the 16/01/22 they couldn't assist me with my grievance. The manager was not on duty on that day and she was called. We had a back and forth on for an hour in the store, they offered me an alternative product to the lesser value but there wasn't a decent product in the store. I was kept in store for two hours, they chased me out of the store by putting on a fog alarm, when I requested the number of the regional manager they refused to give me the number.
