Cash Crusaders Sirverton damages your goods on loan denies doing it and does nothing to correct the problem. They are rude, apathetic and couldn't care less about your equipment.

I gave in a laptop in perfect at the Silverton branch on a loan for R800. I retrieved it today and it has damaged chip marks on the outside. When I confronted the manager about it she was rude, pathetic and dismissive saying I gave it in like that. I have even taken the plastic of the charger the laptop is so new. I gave it in without a scratch or dent; now there are chip marks on the top of my laptop. I told them they must do something about it and I was dismissed with malice. I was enraged at the complete lack of care and that she accused me of damaging my brand new laptop given to me as a gift by my brother. She offered no solution and said they would and could do nothing. She turned around and left.

I was so angry I didn't even take down her name and forgot the slip at the store. I want the head office to do something about the absolutely gross service I got and want to know what you are going to do about the damage to my laptop. I don't have the papers but my ID is ***.
