Cash Crusaders shameful attempt to look good and caring

Hi....After I had written a review about cash crusaders Bluff....I on the 4th October2022 received a response from the head office of cash crusaders. I quote the response "We are sorry to hear about your experience......a consultant will contact soon to resolve the issue" Well today is 19th October 2022 and as expected no further response or phone call from anyone from cash crusaders. This makes me feel that the response I received was just a publicity stunt to to make the public feel that they care about their customers. Well this is to show the complete opposite...shame on you.
