CASH CRUSADERS SERVICE IS CREEPY

CASH CRUSADERS IN PROMENADE. I bought an Ipad in June Month 2018, and i realised that i could not download anybooks on appstore simply because of an outdated operating system on that same day, I went back on the following day to report it they tested it to see if it is what was saying and the witnessed the problem and they promised to give another device though i went back to do a followup, and after that they never got back to me untill this day, CASH CRUSADERS SERVICE IS CREEPY.
