CASH CRUSADERS SELLS DAMAGED GOODS

I purchased a Car Radio from the Cash Crusaders Branch in Silverton, Pretoria last year on 23 December 2016. During the trading process the terms and conditions were not verbally explained and the slip was never signed to make matters worse the radio was not even tested. I took my car to get the radio installed only to find that the radio is not working. The installer advised me to return the radio and get a new one, since the warranty is still valid for the return to occur. I called the RUDE Branch Manager by the name of Junior who was so impatient and had no customer service etiquette whatsoever. He didn’t give me any guidance of any way forward because I was no longer interested in owning the radio and wanted my money back. I also called Head Office to complain only for one of their consultants (Velvet his name) to give me the same ill-treatment over the phone. Now I’m in possession of a damaged radio that the store won’t return or refund me my money. I will never purchase anything at Cash Crusaders. Their staff have no sense of Customer service at all. Cash Crusaders Sells DAMAGED GOODS AND ONCE YOU BUY THEIR PRODUCTS THEIR WARRANTIES ARE **** AND NOT VALID!!!!!!!!
