Cash Crusaders Secunda - Worst Experience

Return policy at Cash Crusaders Secunda dubious at best. I recently bought a new acoustic guitar and after a month and a half was busy restringing it when when one of the head nuts came loose ( upon inspection the ***** that held it was too short so it stripped the point when trying to tighten). I took the guitar back to the store and requested a replacement or refund as this was a construction fault. They refused on both requests and I was told that they would only take it in, send it for inspection and repair at my cost. I asked the manager how they can refuse my request as they are a registered RCA member and therefore bound by the CPA. He admitted that they are RCA registered and that they are in fact following CPA rules regarding warranty returns. I showed him the CPA document on my phone and read to him that according to the act it is the consumers choice on whether he wants a refund, replacement or the item repaired and if I choose to have it repaired that Cash Crusaders is liable for all transport and repair costs incurred of said item. He flat out refused and stuck by his original offer. I then asked him to put his offer to repair at my cost and refusal of refund or replacement in writing and to sign and stamp it for me please. He said he would and disappeared into the back office after which he sent out one of the buyers to tell me that he would put nothing in writing and that I needed to leave the premises. I will never buy anything from them again and will tell all my friends and family the same. The utmost worst service I've experienced at any retail outlet.
