I have pawned my XBox1 at Cash crusaders Secunda on the 10th of June 2021. I have paid the interest for the following 2 months and decided to pay the full amount and collect my item this month. Cash cursaders called me on Friday the 10th of September and said my last day to collect my Xbox will be Monday the 13th (Today). I went to the shop after work today to pay for and collect my Xbox, but then they told me my Xbox was sold this morning and they can't do anything about it. When I asked to speak to the manager, they said it's not possible and came up with a bunch of excuses. This is really heartbreaking.
