Cash Crusaders Secunda

I had some items handed in at Cash Crusaders and went to pay the interest on the items on 27 April 2021. When I went to pay the interest again the next month, I noticed some of my items were displayed on the floor for sale. I asked them about it and their reply was that the interest was not paid. I unfortunately could not find my receipts but payment was confirmed by witnesses that I was there. After a few weeks I was able to find my receipts and went back to the store. They made copies of the receipts and investigated why my stuff were sold. They vowed to replace my items, but now they come up with stories and said that my items were under contract, and they will replace the items but it will remain in store as if still under contract. So I must pay for my items as if I'm taking them out. That to me is wrong and the contract ceased when my items were sold.
