CASH CRUSADERS SAMMY MARKS IS SELLING BROKEN LAPTOPS!

Don't buy laptops from Cash Crusaders Sammy Marks, THEY ARE BROKEN ! I bought one on the 6th February 2025 and it got stuck, the screen wouldn't open anymore. Yes, I ignored the fact that it was broken on the charger point when I bought it, only to find that it has affected the screen to open and close. I then reported at the store on the 20th where I was told to bring it in, which i did on the 21st. Then was told to come back on the 3rd March and to my surprise, the manager never engaged me even after I had asked for them, instead they referred me back to the sales person who sold it to me. Granny that's the lady, came after an hour, never asked what was the problem, just took the laptop and opened it. Mind you, for me not to open it, its because I could feel and see that it needed to be checked first as it was tight, stuck and she just roughly opened it and the screen split. They then turned the whole thing, accused me of breaking it. Those people will do anything to blame the customer and not take accountability for anything. Please ignore the store by all means ! And by the way, I left it at the store after they wanted to give it back, said they were not going to take it or refund me.
