How i lost my job because of Cash crusaders sam ntuli mall

Hi guys ngicela abazi umthetho bangisize angazi how to solve this and how to go about to getting this solved

So last of last week i got a job then the job required that i need to have a laptop i spoke to some freinds and they suggested i go to Cash Crusaders i then wen there looking for a very simple cheap laptop that i could do my daily duties with my excitement quickly can to a saddening end

From the beginning of the sale everything wasnt so nice i say this because i waled in and saw a laptop i wanted it was R700 less than the one i ended up leaving store with

So when i got to the store i got to lady ghat has helped me before i thoughtnit would be easier cause itbwas someone who has helped me before kanti little did i know

So they lady called her manager who happens to be the store manager they then both convinced me to take a bigger laptop thatbwas R700more than the one i wanted initially but im not a computer guru they work with this stuff so i decided let me take it

When i got home first red flag was that the charger they gave me was wrong and was for a completely different laptop but as a sales person i understood that it was maybe an innocent mistake i texted the lady she said i can go to the store and get it changed i did that and everything was cool i went back home when i got home the laptop doesnt work it freeezes takes about an hour just to switch o n and another to download a document

This is when i decided to go back to the laptop with the laptop and when i got there both my sales assistant and her boss were passing me from pillar to post both of them couldn't hep me instead they told me i have to add R390 for me to get a RAM added to the laptop in rder for it to function which is unfair cause thats not the laptop wanted from the start

Now i write this long paragragh afater i have been notified that someone else has taken my job because i did not report for two days

Now im told there is no refund applicable so i can only sell the laptop back to them at a much lower price isn't this a ****
