Cash Crusaders Sam Ntuli

Iam so disappointed in cash crusaders sam tuli mall costumer service...today i was attacked by the manager for writing a review 2 days ago. She call me by my name and surname .she told me iam bad costumer iam writing but staff about the shop. I dont know how she knows iam the one who wrote the review. .but she told me she was contacted by head office. So attacked me while i was paying for my pawn loans @ the cash register. I ask her name..she refuse to give me...because she was not wearing her name tag....bt the cashier name is faith....dont know why the manager was not professional ..coz she was calling me names assaulting...tell me never ever come back to the shop again..i ask my self since the are things in the shop that i pawn....iam worried now . If she is fit for the job...she is personal now....she doent know costumer service..how can you attack a costumer..a regular costumer....she embarrassed me infront of other custumers calling me a looser and other names i wont mention. Is this the way Cash crusaders Sam Ntuli mall treats their customers. No respect at all none coz i was minding my business there when she approached me. Im afraid maybe next time i ho there will i be safe because this was an unexpected of jow my experience will be next time. When i told her im gonna report her,she told me to go ahead, she does not care..... Just because i wrote a review on the shop so she rage ambush in front of other customers.....
