Cash Crusaders rude staff

I am so sick and tired of being mistreated by sales staff in this Country.

I called the Cash Crusaders Edenvale branch ***) @ 10:34, and spoke to a female sales person. I asked If you she had stock of the drum sticks that are advertised on the internet.

This person couldn’t hear me, so I had to repeat myself, I asked If Cash Crusaders have stock of the drum sticks advertised, as I was describing which type of drum stick I require, this person interrupted me by saying, which one do you want ? I rep**** : I am explain to you which one I want, and you interrupted me, why would you do that ? She then put the phone down on me, WOW !!!!

I called back and a male salesperson answered, I then asked for the manager, and he asked why ? I then said, I would like to speak to the manager please, he placed me on hold, and didn’t come back to me.

I called back several times, and no one answered, as they probably could see my number.

It’s absolutely Pathetic that customers are treated like garbage. It seems a person that is purchasing, must beg to buy something, and the sales person can be as rude and pathetic as they want, as nothing will ever happen to them, and they know it.

No matter what I say or do, nothing will ever happen, other than………..I will never buy from your store… NEVER !
