Cash Crusaders *******

I'd like to complain about your Roodepoort branch, I had an extremely difficult month in April after having my card cloned and all my money taken, I then pawned an item at the Cash Crusaders Roodepoort branch, I could only return today a couple of weeks after the agreed date due to work commitments. I was then told it's on the floor already. 2 weeks after? The lady laughed at me as she and the sales assistant had a laugh saying I will now have to by the product back from them. I asked why they didn't call me and she said it's not in the contract, I read the contract and there is absolutely no mention of this, there is no mention that your product will be sold the very next day after the agreement date. I understand that you have to recoup your cost and I was prepared to pay whatever 2 weeks interest was applicable. But asking me to buy my item back at an inflated cost is thievery! At no point while pawning was I advised on this, and neither is it in the contract I have. These people are literally *****ing and having a great laugh at me while doing so. I never felt so small and embarrassed, especially fearing that if these people have the gall to laugh at me then if I react they could harm me. I have a copy of the contract, I wasn't told that they will sell it a day later, not even the faq online makes mention. I know you need to recoup your cost but 2 weeks is really crazy. I'm really not happy and really offended by how I was treated in the branch just now. Kindly assist and advise me what steps I can take? I'd really like my goods back and I'm prepared to pay 2 weeks interest. Date of loan 14/04/2018 Expiry 13/05/2018 We are literally still in May!
