Cash Crusaders ripping customers off

I have never dealt with such madness, long story short one of their franchise got looted and i lost a tablet. From July they been saying their dealing with their insurance to replace things. They never called i was thw one emailing, their head office tells you they will get back to ypu which they dont. I went in and i was told i must pay rhe 700 i owe and go pick another tablet. Are those tablets even in the same condition? I bought mine in January i hace all the slips now i must pick something older? How us that fair? Their staff is miss informed, talk as if they doing you a favour when its not the customers fault this happened. The Cash crusaders at Dobsonville is more of a **** and a mashonisa pawn shop trying to rip people off sis.
