Cash Crusaders ripoff

Bought a second hand washing machine from the Cash Crusaders store at the Centurion mall and I am not happy with it. It shakes too much when spinning. They refused to take it back and refund me because that's their policy on second hand goods. They then had the nerve to offer to buy it back at R1000 less than what I paid for it 7 days ago. This is a ripoff. No one should buy from them as they sell junk. They disregard all CPA rules. Not happy!!!!
