As a result of financial difficulties due to Covid I had to pawn a laptop of mine. Even though I made the interest payments, Cash Crusaders sold my laptop. They acknowledged that the surcumstances was confusing but won't take responsibility for the mistake. I lost important data that I'm unable to recover.
