Poor service from the manager and disrespectful, unprofessional. On their websites it has "WE DO COLLECTIONS" but now the manager says i as the client need to pay an external "pick up" because they do not have any vehicles so now is this false advertising. and a big inconvenience. I was told they can not do anything to help. why advertise if you guys can not uphold your end of the deal ...i now must bear the cost because you guys have no vehicles.. The manager did not want to give me his name as i was repeatedly cut off and i had to constantly call back. he even said report him he does not care.
