Cash Crusaders Prominade Mitchell's plain sold me a faulty new Dixon Stove
Hello Peter .
I bought a brand new Dixon Stove from Cash crusaders promenade in Mitchell's plain on 15 July 2020 . The inside glass of the oven burst on its own whilst cooking on . Just yesterday the glass burst and I took the stove back to then hoping for a refund or a replacement . I did not have both . I am told of an investigation as they believe it's a physical damage which was not. The manager Patric there is not even apologetic. They forced me to leave the stove without giving us a replacement or something to use . I feel my rights have been grossly violated
