Cash Crusaders Products

I bought a brand new kettle from Cash Crusaders in August this year, after using it for a few months it stopped boiling even though the light came on. It had a one year warranty on it, so I took it back to them, explained the problem and they told me they would send it to their technicians to fix. I then had an sms from them in November to say it was ready for collection. After collecting from them, it still wouldnt boil at all, as though it had not been fixed at all, so I phoned to tell them. They said they would phone the technician and get back to us, which they never did. So, this morning we went down there to take the kettle in again and was told by them that they couldnt do anything more as the technician had put the blame on us. So my Husband told them to keep the kettle. I will never ever purchase anything from them again, as they are useless.
