Cash Crusaders Princess Crossing barbarians

BEWARE OF THIS STORE. Ive been to this store a number of times. Everytime I arrive at the store the manager is rude and threatens customers even to the point of refusing to assist customers that complain about the service. I see him being utterly rude and never thought that I would experience his total disrespect. I loan cash against my smart tv and microwave. I returned to pay and retrieve my goods. The TV was shattered and the microwaves leg was missing. The microwave made a terrible noise when I switched it on at home. They replaced the 70 Hisense TV. I was stupid and took a loan again the second time. I went back two days later to fetch the TV. This time the TV was deeply scratched on the top panel. This rude idiot tried to deny the scratches using all sorts of excuses. He got rude with me started using vulgar language. I wanted to take photos of my TV. He stood in front of me grabbed my phone out of hand and threatened to smash my phone. He is a disgrace and I wonder how he is still employed at Cash Crusaders or do they not condone his behavior. Your goods are not safe with Cash Crusaders and their managers behavior is like gangsters threatening customers. STAY AWAY BELIEVE ME THIS IS NOT A COMPANY YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH. Your goods are manhandled and they have no business ethics. This manager should be fired. They replaced my TV with another TV so now my warranty is invalid because the serial number is different to the one I bought. But they could not give a **** just like they don't give a **** about having manners and respect in their stores.
