Cash Crusaders Primrose - I want my reimbur*****t for my tv sold

Today i went to the Primrose Cash Crusaders guess what they Sold my 32inch Ecco Smart tv without informing me, worst of all i loaned it for 600 but they sold my tv fo over 1200...i bought it for a whole R1850, im in tears right now infact have been crying from this morning infeont of the store manager called Tracy, the lady by the till point in the front was soo rude when i politely asked her to check my papaers as i wanted to pay but guess what tv had been sold, im soo shattered to a point where im angry. I asked tge manager tgat its either they compensate me, reimburse me or gi e me another tv similar to mines but she bluntly refused and said they cant help me, are you people for real right now!!!.....I will not leave this issue alone until I get my issue resolved or I will go far with this....I want my tv please or something....you guys are heartless why?...Cash Crusaders Primrose I'm very disturbed by this horrible service I received.
