Cash crusaders Pretoria North worst branch

Good day , I am very disappointed in the terrible service from the Pretoria North branch . I have been trying to purchase an item online since the 18th September, I have been informed that the item is in stock and have requested pictures to see the condition before I purchase , it is now 12 days later and I have still not received the pictures, when I ask the branch they say they will send the pictures but don't, now I'm sending messages on whatsapp they not responding, this is the second time they doing this to me , the last time by the time they got back to me the item was already sold and I fear the same will happen with this item . I have done a lot of business with a number of different branches and I only have issues with Pretoria North branch , I have now lost all faith in this branch , I would not recommend this branch to anyone, I rate them 0 stars
