Cash crusaders pretoria North

I was trying to purchase an item online that I was looking for a long time and the payment was not going through, I tried for 4 days with no luck , I contacted the cash crusaders pretoria North branch to find out if the item was still available, they said the item was still available but online payments are offline and there is no other way for me to pay , i asked for the banking details to make an immediate payment which other branches allow and someone named Solly responds and says they have no banking details. I am unable to go to the store because i reside in a different province, I have sent messages and emails with no response, now the item has been removed from the online store, I am very disappointed , cash crusaders Pretoria North is the worst cash crusaders I have ever dealt with and I have purchased from many different branches , I would rate 0 stars
