Cash Crusaders President Hyper Vanderbijlpark

Good morning, I purchased an Elsys android ****le from Cash Crusaders last year, it was still under warranty and I returned it on the 7th April this year, I heard nothing and after several calls, I was told the supplier advised it wasn't DSTV compatible, which it was, I returned to the store on the 21st May, it was tested and is still faulty, I was promised a call the Monday 23rd May,when I called today,only to be told the gent is off today. The ****le cost R1100 and I now want a full refund as the calls and driving from Nigel to Vanderbijlpark has become rediculous. Kind regards Eileen ****inson
