CASH CRUSADERS PORT SHEPSTONE

I recently bought a laptop at Cash Crusaders Port Shepstone. Needless to say I had to return it because there were other issues than those that I was aware of. Trying to speak to the staff members is a joke, they all have very bad attitude problems. I wanted to exchange the laptop as I need it for my work. I was told that I can't that i must leave it for repairs. Which I did after fighting. The following I returned I was told that the technician is waiting for spares, I can now take something different. After speaking to the owner he said I could have a refund if I don't find something I like. But when I asked them the first time I was told that it is not allowed!!!! I eventually took the refund, they are selling laptops that the keyboards don't work!! How? Can someone please tell me how?????? I finally went to Cash Crusaders Shelly Beach and found a laptop in better condition. The service was excellent. Port Shepstone branch you should be ashamed of yourself for the pathetic service that you render. Pamella and Shar should have their attitudes adjusted while they are at it.
