Cash Crusaders poor services

I was at Cash Crusaders to take off a lay bay, when I walked in Mandiso was standing at the till point looking the other direction, I greeted he greeted back and continued looking the othe direction, another customers came to stand just behind me he looked at him and asked if he can help him, he (Mandiso) continued with the transaction.Afterwards he looked at me and asked if he can help me... so I told him I want to take off a lay bay and I also want to speek to the manager, he kept quiet and asked the client behind me if he can assist her, he handed me over to another cashier who finished my lay bay and when I said to that cashier I told Mandiso I want to speek to the manager, and the cashier told me that, that was the manager. I told the cashier that from a manager that was extreme poor service, I also is a manager and thats no way to treat your customers. After he (Mandiso) desided to help the other customer also just half way he swiched with the cashier to help the other lady. I told him that it doesn't work like that and how can he help another person half way through a sale or payment, help other from the back of the row. So he said he is sorry for not acknowledging me, sorry doesn't change poor service. Cash Crusaders management needs to step up their game, even the cashiers are doing a better job than he is... don't know why Cash Crusaders make someone with poor people s****s and poor service manager.
