Cash Crusaders Polokwane the worst ever! Will sue them till kingdom comes

I have never thought that Cash Crusaders will be as irresponsible and have a total lack of it when you pawn items and collect it in due time just to find that a Camping Freezer you have left into their hands to be taken care of until collection date, will be damaged beyond repair. They admitted that they are guilty of the damages being done, but what now? The manager was too much of a ***ard to face us and we now have the inconvenience of getting quotes for the repairs, which by the way cannot e done, and all they could say was that they did not have enough space to store the freezer. Upon our arrival, the freezer was dragged from the store outside, no respect, no conscience about your property, I am duing them - we are talking about a freezer pricing over R6000.00 as it operates with power, gas and battery, so not just any cheap item. They are most certainly going to cough up for this!!
