Cash Crusaders Pier 14 PE - Most ever bad service ever

I bought a a power bank at Cash Crusaders(Pier 14) on 18-08-2021 (R339.90). Barely a week, the power bank was blown. I used the normal mains to charge the power bank, to my suprise it's smelling while i was using it, I took the Power bank in since i didn't even had a month with it. When i sent back i was told to pay for it to be fixed which i refuse because it was still under warranty at the back of my slip, which says "Brand new electrical items carry 12 Month Warranty.

They are still keeping their power bank and my money no one bothers to tell me anything about it. I have gone to the branch several times and decided latetly to ask for a letter as a proof that i was there. I have 2 letters in my possesion for the 06th Nov 2021(by the branch Manager) and 11 December 2021 (Lori the assistant), To date i haven't recieved a call or any sort of update. This the very worst service ever and for as long as they don't resolve this issue, i will make sure that everyone know about their service
