Cash crusaders pier 14

Bought a ps5 controller at cash crusaders piet 14 in port elizabeth, helped by kind staff as usual.upon getting home saw that the control had severe drift so returned it next day and asked the lady at the till to reprint my invoice as that is a normal request i have had done many many times. She proceeded to do so but her manager leon stopped her and informed me he was not prepared to reprint my slip nor exchange the controller. I asked why and since when as i have had reprimts done many many times and exchanges many many times at cash crusaders. His attitude was off putting, rude and flippant and he simply refused and treated me with utter disrespect infering i was being dishonest. I pointed out that the serial number of the item would be in their records and still he simply walked away or answered me in an extremely condescending manner. Oddly the previous time i had been there i saw them retuen an item for a lady easily and i started to winder what exactly the e reason was if not racual profiling on his part. I spent the day calling cc head office and received no assistance at all till now.there are many cash crusaders stores in port elizaberh. I do not advise the public to deal with the e pier 14 branch as they would have to contend with the manager leon. In my frustration i raised my voice to leon who pressed the alarm button and i was escorted from the store with the broken and controller and a 650 loss on my part.and that unfortunately is cash crusaders pier 14 service and how they value me as a customer. Never again. I will advise all i knw to not do business at this store in the future. It left a bitter taste in my mouth and was a disheartening and offensive experience
