Cash crusaders pathetic services

I sent someone to cash crusaders long beach mall,to have a set of speakers checked up which I bought late November 2018 ,now its January 2019 the speakers are not even 2 months old yet they still have the audacity to say that they only gona take the speakers back if I pay for the repair.The speakers weren't even tested by technician.I erge any customers who purchase any of theyre products at cash crusaders to not buy anything from them.Pathetic service they give not even testing the product but just want money to be paid on a guaranteed product,which is less than 3 months old .The guarantee on new products is 12 months and idiot who sold me the speakers stamped 6 months on the receipt .Cash crusaders are ******** .
