cash crusaders pathetic service

The store personnel in Potchefstroom is very efficient and helpful BUT....... Head office and their repairs department is non existent and very poor in service. 2 x new drills were booked back to the store in July for repairs. At the end of august one were returned but it was sent back as it was not fixed. The other one was replaced. We are already halfway through October and still no feedback from head office The store itself does not even get an answer from them showing one how pathetic they have become. I don't say this lightly as cash crusaders had my support for over 10 years and i spent quite a bit of money with them
