Cash Crusaders Parow Centre
Bad experience buying a Dodgee phone last year - can't charge the phone - bought the phone a day before our son's birthday, 13/3/2020 - because of lockdown we couldn't take it to the shop where it was purchased, Cash Crusaders Parow Centre, Parow, Cape Town area. Phone was given in October 2020 and only got it back December 28yh. We had to phone the Shop for answers and not them to us. Phone could still not charge, gave it in February 2021 again. After making another lot of calls, we're told we have to pay R300.00 for repair of a new charging point. An email was sent to show the damage - our son could never enjoy his gift since he received it - how do we know the tecqnitiions didn't damage the phone? We're angry and hurr - what to do bext?
