Cash Crusaders Parklands has the WORST Service

The staff at the cash crusaders Parklands are incredibly rude and unorganized. We went to go purchase a Dixon wireless keyboard and mouse set. The price stated was R149. When we went to the till the price was R239. They had switched the prices around. I can't seem to understand how a store with over 7 staff members hanging around and one manager who sits in the back all day couldn't have done a check the prices on the items on the shelf and make sure they are correct. When we asked for assistance the lady at cash register decided to take a phone call in the middle of helping us, while other staff stood around( one of them could have taken the call or assisted us). We then waited 30 minutes for the manager to come out. Cynthia ( the manager) was rude, unhelpful and had no concern for the customers of the store. She has hint of concern for fixing the mistake or preventing it from happening again but rather rolled her eyes and argued. This store does not understand how to treat customers.
