CASH CRUSADERS PARKLANDS FAILURE TO REFUND MONEY IN TIME NOT EVEN NOW

Honestly, I don't see myself ever buying anything from Cash Crusaders and I will try by all means for the close people in my life to never walk the same path I'm walking now, Bad service ever experienced in my life. I bought a phone in Cash Crusaders Parklands and it was not working properly so I returned it to get fixed, the said they couldn't and said that I should get a Refund as I said in my last review, well since that day I still haven't received it. Since the 17th of May, the day I was told to go to the store to get a refund, I asked if they can't send the money to my account without going there and I'll send my bank details since going the and coming back here it takes me between R350 and R400, and they said I need to go to store to receive it, well as they asked I went there with the money I borrowed from a friend hoping to pay him when I get back with the money I was supposed to get in Cash Crusaders Parklands, surprisingly when I get there they told me I did not have to come to store to get my Refund if I bought it online they would just transfer it back, I was so angry because I told them about my situation of money and coming here before they called me to the store. I went back to where I stay (student accommodation) with the info. of that I'll receive my money probably in 2 business working days but the message I received said that I will receive it within 7 business days, well 7 business days passed and now they are busy referring me to consult with CAPITEC, so I did and Capitec said that I should speak to Cash Crusaders Parklands and tell them to be sure of their transactions if the payment was made because in my account is not there and no signs of money getting in, so when I asked at CAPITEC that can I call Cash Crusaders so that you can talk to them since they said I should come here to CAPITEC, CAPITEC said that they can't they are not allowed to do so, so I went back to the Student Accommodation where I stay and told Cash Crusaders Parklands about this, they insisted that I go to CAPITEC again so that they can call CAPITEC, even after telling them that they said they are not allowed to do so, she insisted on telling me to go Since I'm desperately in need of my money I went there and tried my luck, I bagged so hard there at CAPITEC for them to call Cash Crusaders Parklands until they said accepted, Cash Crusaders Parklands spoke to CAPITEC but it was so useless I don't know why they even insisted on telling to go there because CAPITEC told me that the person who is supposed to help with this is not available at the moment so I should wait for 2 or 3 days and go back to CAPITEC to check, and Cash Crusaders Parklands just agreed on me waiting, saying I should wait for 14 business working days where else the message I got said 7, and by the way the last time I went to CAPITEC the person was available and is the one who advised me to talk to Cash Crusaders Parklands so if the person was available the response would have been more or less the same. I'm busy going up and down using my own money, going to Capitec and coming back it cost R50 for me so in just two days i spent R100 just for nothing, and another thing I'm going home on Friday back to Mpumalanga for the holidays, so if they call ne to the Cash Crusaders Parklands store I won't be available. PLEASE HELP HELP I REALLY NEED HELP Hellopeter please interfere cause a person can only wait for so long. Please I beg help.
