Cash Crusaders only disappoint

Good day I bought a brand new phone (Doogee S40) over a year ago at Cash Crusaders Kldp. There was no issue until few months ago when the phone had a software problem I took it in, paid the R250 repair cost and when i received mt phone back from the HQ on Jhb it could not even switch on or charge at all After long discussions with CC in Kldp and Jhb HQ Riaan from HQ send me a message via Tommy at CC in Kldp that I have two option... Pay for the rectification or take my phone back I have all the emails explaining that they received the phone in working order and i received the phone dead, but still Riaan or anybody from HQ that was part of the communication list on all the rmails are unwilling to assist I will never buy from any cash Crusaders ever again and would like to warn people not to buy there What the Doogee is concerned, dont know if they are willing to put pressure on CC. An email was send to them as well
